The customer belongs to the leading global suppliers of online payments solutions. Within the scope of a change in management and ownership, the company would like a review of its corporate and product strategies. 


Project steps

The most important project milestones include:

  • Analysis of the current and future expected market and competitive environment, the corporate positioning and strategy as well as the existing products and services
  • Development and assessment of different (product) strategic positioning
  • Derivation of a recommendation for action and elaboration on the recommended strategy as well as the related product concepts
  • Compiling of an implementation plan and briefing of internal and external resources and business partners in the areas of development, marketing and service
